Terms of Service

The DriveShine website at driveshine.co.nz (the “Site”) is owned and operated by ANTSAI Pvt. Limited (NZ Company No. 6133667, NZBN 9429043373918), a New Zealand limited company based in Auckland (“DriveShine”, “we”, “us”).

By using the Site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include any applicable GST. Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price you are charged is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.

We accept payment by:

• Credit/debit card via Stripe.
• Afterpay (Pay in 4 instalments — subject to Afterpay’s eligibility and terms).

Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be processed or where we suspect fraud.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If we decline an order — for example because an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot deliver to your address — we will refund any payment in full.

Delivery timeframes, rates and courier details are set out on our Shipping Information page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

Our returns and refunds process is set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Where you purchase goods from DriveShine for personal or household use, the guarantees set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply. These guarantees cannot be excluded or contracted out of for consumer purchases. If you are purchasing for business purposes, you agree the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply to your purchase.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and specifications on the Site are accurate. Slight variations in colour, packaging or formulation may occur. Where information is materially incorrect we will contact you before dispatch.

The DriveShine name, logo, website content, photographs, and copy are the property of ANTSAI Pvt. Limited and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this material for commercial purposes without our written consent.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close any account that is used in breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be resolved by the New Zealand courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Site at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
