Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible at sales@driveshine.co.nz. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll update it for you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing every order. If something arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement immediately — no hassle.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, CourierPost delivers to PO Boxes for standard parcels. Just enter your PO Box at checkout.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
Currently we ship within NZ only. International shipping is something we're looking at for the future.
